Marketing and Admin Assistant
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including managing client list and making follow-up on leads.
- Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries.
- Update company website on a daily basis.
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
- Assist in implementing marketing campaigns.
- Provide assistance and welcome walk-in clients.
- Willing to be trained in administrative and website duties.
- Learn and implement office management systems and procedure.s
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- High School graduate; additional experience as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
- Knowledge or willing to be trained in web design is an advantage.
