Marketing and Admin Assistant

Responsibilities include

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including managing client list and making follow-up on leads.
  • Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries.
  • Update company website on a daily basis.
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
  • Assist in implementing marketing campaigns.
  • Provide assistance and welcome walk-in clients.

Requirements

  • Willing to be trained in administrative and website duties.
  • Learn and implement office management systems and procedure.s
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • High School graduate; additional experience as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
  • Knowledge or willing to be trained in web design is an advantage.
