Intro: Copywriting and Editing


Learn how to turn the text you write into sales for your company with this crash course in copywriting and editing. Whether you’re writing to grow your brand’s image, jump-start a marketing campaign, or simply touch base with your clients and customers on social media, this course will provide you with all the tools you need to take your copy to the next level.

Online | 10 sessions | 1 hour per session
Traning Schedule: January 19, Tuesday – Thursday
Time: 5pm – 6pm

By the end of the course, students will have:

  • Gained a better understanding of how copywriting differs from other forms of writing
  • Learned how to write with a clear goal in mind
  • Established a firmer grasp on the finer points of English grammar
  • Learned key points to remember when writing copy
  • Improved in their ability to write in a structured and purposeful manner
  • Become familiar with the common pitfalls of copywriting and how to avoid them
Students must:

  • Have good command of the English language
  • Be familiar with the basics of English composition
  • Know how to develop ideas in writing
Students will:

  • Be provided with handouts, worksheets, and other materials in line with the learning objectives of each module
  • Assigned coursework that can be completed either on their own or during class with guidance from their instructor

Have regular, scheduled classes with their instructors for lectures, discussions, and feedback on their work
