The course focuses on enhancing one’s ability to deal with multiple Excellence In Customer Communication– requests, complaints, and decisions – by learning techniques in assertiveness and empathy, and consistently delivering service with grace and confidence.
Group Training: Per person (minimum of 12)
Duration: One (1) month, 24 hours (schedule shall be agreed upon by both the trainer and the trainee)
