English Communication Skills Program
Communication plays a pivotal role in the success and growth of an academe. The better everyone communicates internally and externally, the better school performance, organizational culture, and personal well being outcomes will be.
Often though, people have strengths as well as limitations when it comes to communicating in English. But with their hands full with responsibilities and pressures, they are hard-pressed to focus on improving communication skills.
English Communication (Summer program 2023) is the training program that works with people’s/students real contexts – strengths, weaknesses, personal goals and school situations – to help them achieve their full potential. It can be customized to focus on specific aspects of oral and written communication – language use (grammar and vocabulary), delivery, and strategic awareness, to enable people to communicate successfully every time.
Our Proposal
American English proposes to customize the training program to achieve target outcomes specified by the client.
Scope of work
1. Training needs analysis
Includes: Individual pre- and post-training assessment, key informant interviews, or focused group discussion, and other data-gathering methods
2. Customized course design
Based on pre-training assessment results and students goals and expectations
3. Group training delivery
3.1 24-40 hour English Communication per week
3.2 24-160 hour English Communication per month
Areas of focus: (will be refined based on TNA results)
a) Survival English– enhancing one’s ability to listen, understand and speak basic English.
b) Basics and Essentials of Oral Discourse (focused on various genres – interpersonal conversations, small talk, simple greetings and presentation)
c) Vocabulary enhancement and Confidence Building.
d) Language Use – using natural/standard language (grammar, pronunciatation, and vocabulary)
e) Communication Strategies – to accomplish tasks and manage issues/difficulties .
Delivery Options
As discussed i, training will be delivered in online, Training content will also be adjusted to accommodate the client’s preferences and objective.

Terms and Conditions
1. For group training, training is conducted in batches. Each group class must have maximum of 10 participants. One on one training maybe recommended if needed.
2. Inclusions: Training Needs Analysis, Post-training Report, Materials and Certificate of Completion
3. Above-quoted prices are subject to 12% VAT (if applicable).
4. Full payment of training fees must be made prior to commencement of training. Payment may be made via cash or check.
5. Prices within the investment cost are charged per person, unless agreed-upon otherwise.
6. Individual pre-and post-assessment is conducted only when specified in the contracted training package. Generally, individual pre-and post-assessments are not conducted for training courses of less than 16 hours, unless contracted for by the client.
7. Training schedules are pre-determined and participants are requested to be available at least 5 minutes before the start time. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, prior notice of at least 4 hours before class time is required. Otherwise, the schedule and hours are considered forfeit.
8. This is an initial proposal; final quotation will be submitted after all customization and investments have been agreed-upon.
9. Short video clips of group trainings may be shared on the AE website, unless the client specifies otherwise.
10. The contract must be completed in three months, from the signing date, to ensure training outcomes. Remaining training hours will be forfeit after the three-month contract duration.
Price quoted is only valid for 30 days after receipt of proposal.
