Our Proposal

American English proposes to customize the training program to achieve target outcomes specified by the client.

Scope of work

1. Training needs analysis

Includes: Individual pre- and post-training assessment, key informant interviews, or focused group discussion, and other data-gathering methods

2. Customized course design

Based on pre-training assessment results and students goals and expectations

3. Group training delivery

3.1 24-40 hour English Communication per week
3.2 24-160 hour English Communication per month

Areas of focus: (will be refined based on TNA results)

a) Survival English– enhancing one’s ability to listen, understand and speak basic English.
b) Basics and Essentials of Oral Discourse (focused on various genres – interpersonal conversations, small talk, simple greetings and presentation)
c) Vocabulary enhancement and Confidence Building.
d) Language Use – using natural/standard language (grammar, pronunciatation, and vocabulary)
e) Communication Strategies – to accomplish tasks and manage issues/difficulties .

Areas of Focus:

a) Survival English: Focuses on essential skills for understanding and using basic English in everyday situations. Designed for beginners to basic learners, this class helps you build a foundational understanding and use of English in oral communication.
b) Essentials of Oral Communication: Emphasizes fundamental skills needed for effective listening, comprehension, and speaking in English.
c) Vocabulary Enhancement and Confidence Building: Aims to expand your vocabulary and boost your confidence in using English in various contexts.
d) Language Use: Covers proper grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary to ensure natural and correct usage of English.
e) Practical Language Techniques: Provides strategies for handling tasks and overcoming challenges when speaking English.

Online, Face to Face and Blended learning
