Our Proposal
American English proposes to customize the training program to achieve target outcomes specified by the client.
Scope of work
1. Training needs analysis
Includes: Individual pre- and post-training assessment, key informant interviews, or focused group discussion, and other data-gathering methods
2. Customized course design
Based on pre-training assessment results and students goals and expectations
3. Group training delivery
3.1 24-40 hour English Communication per week
3.2 24-160 hour English Communication per month
Areas of focus: (will be refined based on TNA results)
a) Survival English– enhancing one’s ability to listen, understand and speak basic English.
b) Basics and Essentials of Oral Discourse (focused on various genres – interpersonal conversations, small talk, simple greetings and presentation)
c) Vocabulary enhancement and Confidence Building.
d) Language Use – using natural/standard language (grammar, pronunciatation, and vocabulary)
e) Communication Strategies – to accomplish tasks and manage issues/difficulties .
Online, Face to Face and Blended learning
As discussed, training will be delivered in online, Training content will also be adjusted to accommodate the client’s preferences and objective.
