Employment Type: Consultancy – hourly rate

Responsibilities:

  • Develop lessons and conduct online classes with adults on the following subjects – English communication (spoken and written), Assertive Communication, Leadership
  • Develop lessons and conduct online classes with kids and teens, including English, Math and Science tutorials
  • Conduct pre- and post assessment of students, and monitor their progress through the course
  • Coordinate and submit regular reports to students and AE management on work accomplishments
  • Collaborate with the AE team on instructional design and training evaluation

Qualifications:

  • Above-average English proficiency level (at least B2)
  • Excellent conversation skills
  • Ability to project warmth, empathy, sincerity and competence to both kids and adults online and in person
  • Above-average writing skills (at least B1)
  • No experience required, but a plus
  • Clearly demonstrates discipline, responsibility and conscientiousness

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute online and social media campaigns to promote the brand
  • Conduct market and industry research to identify popular trends to inform marketing strategies
  • Respond to inquiries, questions, complaints on the company’s website and social media pages in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Monitor site analytics to identify types of content followers and visitors respond to and adjusts strategies accordingly
  • Create and curate content for the company’s website and social media pages on a regular basis, specifically designed to engage followers and promote the company’s brand

Qualifications:

  • At least two years’ experience in social media administration / marketing / communications
  • Extensive experience in using social media platforms
  • Proven ability to connect with key influencers
  • Excellent creative thinking skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Strong collaborative skills
